2. Village CORE Programme How much
for? · Up to £20,000 conditional on the village raising an equivalent amount itself, and obtaining a loan of equivalent amount from Co-operative and Community Finance What for?

What for?

charitable organisations that do not have easy access to mainstream lending

Charity Bank is itself a charity and is regulated by
the Financial Services Authority.
It is funded by savings deposits.
Any profit made goes to make its loans
affordable for charities
